A couple years ago, I saw a commercial on tv for SMC, and so I called the number and signed up. A little time later I got their information package in the mail. After looking it over I realized that they had lied in their television commerical. I followed their instructions for canceling my membership. This is my first time putting in claim for services covered by the extended warrany I purchase .IT took 2days to get approval for the work to be done after several phone calls. Horrible service! I walked in and not one person greeted me with a simple hello. When I walked up to the front desk the girl - who I assume is a Manger or possible owner of the establishment - throws a booklet at me and pretty much just asks what I want. Upon opening the product I realized that they were cheap knock-offs and they were also too small in size. I am extremely annoyed that I spent $90 on something that was fake. Dana Anderson is the worst excuse for a store manager that I ever seen. He's a very shrude person. a) excessively cuts part time employee's hours, yet libereally gives away free products to the customers. For example, the a customer ordered 100 pc chicken wings from the deli. The deli employee stated 15-20 minutes waiting time. Beware of Ask.com, if you use them they may install a program on your computer that constantly redirects websites you are viewing to Ask.com. It seems to be a very hard program to get rid off. I have spent hours trying to figure out how to get it off my computer with no success. Some sites I can not even view because it keeps being redirected to Ask.com. Very frustrating. I purchased off their web page www.dvdtvoutlet.com a DVD set. It cost me $149.94 charged to my visa and I never received my order, they do not answer my requests via email and everything looked legit when placing my order including the order has shipped email confirmation. These guys are very good into fooling the consumer, so stay away ! We contacted LexisNexis to purhcase online research services. They quoted me a monthly fee which was agreeable. After utilizing the service a couple of times, I found that I could get better quality research free via Google. I called and asked to cancel the service telling them I was dissatisfied with the service, that it was not useful to our research. We paid all of our monthly invoices to date. I recieved a package of medications from Frank Tehada Veterans medical center in San Antonio, Texas. The package was torn in many places. There was one rip across the entire package from one end to the other. There were the discriptions of the meds in the package, as well as markings on the meds themselves stating how many were enclosed. Iam missing one inhaler, which is a months supply. I went to a Liberty Tax Service to have my 2009 taxes done.After Sitting down and completeing my paper work the computer asked the tax preparer to put in his RBIN #.The gentelman didn't have one but told me he did go to courses that were needed to have one. I have been billed for services/product I didn't use. 1and1 Internet has this scheme whereby the customer tests out a product, obtains their credit card, charges the customer a promotional rate (regardless of whether they use the service or not) for six months, and then automatically charges the customer for an additional six months even if they never used the product. This is a letter to anyone who bought into Club Regina in earlier than 2001. when I bought two platinum memberships for $40, 000 cash I recieved a deed to two units in Las Vegas at Polo Towers and was assured I was also a Starwood Preferred Guest and that many Westins were included in my membership. They've also got like some scam with phone sex calls and a whole bunch of complaints come out. When the phone sex came out I didn't think they were related since I only put Prefered Platinum and not the My, but reading on I found that William P. has got a lot of explaining to do. DIGITAL SERVICES GROUP billed me $49.99 through AT&T for something I never know or thought in my mind. It's written that they billed me for Webhosting Set up fee/Internet advertizing for business. I don't have a business and never contacted them for anything. It is fraud. I don't know how they got my number and how AT&T put OAN Services with AT&T bill and helping them to be fraud.
