This company is a scam! They processed my child's visa gift card, e-mailed her a phony tracking number that was never active.I then actually spoke to a supposed employee on Christmas Eve after the item never arrived and was told it was sold out, the website stated that(it does not) and that a refund would be issued the following monday.It was not, nor I have been able to reach them by phone and I have not gotten a response to e-mails.This site needs to be shut down.They will likely open again under a new name, but I'd still like to see them put out of their "business" if you can call blatant stealing a business. read full review »

Went to Experian website to get credit report and automatically got signed up for credit protection service I did not want. I thought I had followed all of the rules about cancelation, but still got a monthly charge that I didn't pick up until six months later. I am a Canadian artist who had been asked to participate in my first group exhibit in NYC. I had packaged 3 paintings and put them in mirror boxes labelled fragile, and sent them off with excitement. I received a letter from this company claiming I owe a debt of $159.46 with Regions bank, whom I have NEVER had an account with so there is no way I would owe this amount. Sent a letter and an email stating that I wanted to cancel membership. shipment came anyway. I called and was told to send it back but that the only way to cancel membership was by phone. When I received my credit card bill I had been billed $35.94 for 2 lbs. of coffee but only credited for $2.97. We had noticed that Ameriprise Financials ( previously American Express ) had begun charging a monthly fee to our small brokerage account. The company shopmags.com is a horrible place to try and get a magazine subscription. I ordered two subscriptions as a gift at the beginning of April and was told in 8 weeks they would come. Now it's been close to 5 months and still no magazines. I have contacted them throug email several times (because they refuse to give me a phone number) and have been told they are on the way. After insistent phone calls frorm CitiBank to get their Credit Protector insurance, I decided to get it. After all, you never know if you may loose your job. It happened I was laid off and guess what? I did not qualify for the protection. Of course it was all my fault for not reading the booklet with all the terms and conditions. In the meantime, I continued unemployed for three more months. The bank fixed all the inconvenience by charging me with higher interest rates and awful fees for me not being able to make the minimum payments. What a great business practice!! I can't believe I fell for another "automatic shipment" scam for vitamins. But I did. You cannot return the vitamins once you have them either. If you are like my husband who does not read the fine print on these online order forms, you will be paying for quite a bit of stuff you don't want. Just BE CAREFUL. READ CAREFULLY. A year ago I have bought a Citizen Aqualand Eco-drive Diver's JV0010-08E, a wristwatch water resistant to 200m. It seemed to be tough and good for deep diving. As a young child I remember that Disney Channel at least showed SOME programming that related to Disney, such as House of Mouse, The Goof Troop, etc. But now I am a teenager who has a little sister that is in love with Disney Channel. Purchased a portable steamer and am now attempting to return the product. I called the 800 service number but could not get through to anyone and was told, via a recording, to send an email. I sent the email and got a reply stating call the 800#. Then tried the "Live Chat" and the send function does not work., When calling the 800 # I never get a connetion, I dial number and nothing happens. I was at the Vitamin Shoppe, in Brooklyn on Court street. I was thinking of buying a box of #10-sugerless gum, which sold for $24.90. I looked at the same item (one package) priced at $1.79.
