I purchased an item called a medal box, that is suppose to award you medals when you open it. When I opened the box I never was awarded medals. I tried using the 'Contact Us' feature on the game with no response at all from the game staff. It has been three days now and no attempts have been made to assist me or to tell me anything. These scammers got away with $10 of my dollars and it doesn't look like anything will be done about it. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and I will file complaints on other websites. I bought a $50, 000 BMW from this dealer. Adam was the salesman. I was promised an extra fob and an owners manual (which he stated was misplaced) and he never delivered these items. The 2 items are approx. $500.00. in value. Adam also agreed when we purchased the car to fix a small paint chip on the front of the car. Avoid refinancing with Wells Fargo.
