I contracted with Ruperts Home Improvement, Rupert Smart, to install a new roof on my home on 5/1/09. I gave the company half the cost for the roof, $4, 372.00 plus $475 for the disposal bin. I advertised 4 tickets for AC/DC Concert at Hampden Park in Glasgow through the Online Ticket Exchange. I received an EMail from them to say that my tickets had been sold for £80 each and to despatch them by Recorded Delivery direct to the purchaser, which I did and also checked through Royal Mail that the tickets were delivered. Hired Robert Carpenter to build a handicap ramp and repair/build deck. Paid services up front because he didn't have the funds to pay morgage. Built ramp but, didn't finish. We moved in april to myrtle beach from virginia. We moved most of our thing ourselves. We had the moving company do two rooms of large items all new stuff. They came and packed ur up and said they would let us know when our things would be sent. We had next day servise. We didn't see our things for over a week and when they got here not one or two things were messed up everything that was put on the truck was badly damaged.
