Since I had been using Nero 8 for a couple of years and it's Nero ShowTime played BD-ROM media (movies), after paying for a plug-in, I assumed that Nero 9 would do the same thing. There advertisement doesn't say anything about not playing BD-ROM media, and, in fact, blatantly advertises their Blu-ray Disk Authoring Capability, which give the impression that it must play back Blu-ray content, if it authors it. On 11/01/09 I Reggie Herring was phoned by one of U-Hauls representatives during their closing hours informing me that I may have water damages to my storage. I ordered two copies of the Carol Burnett DVDs. According to the picture and detail, these should be the same DVDs that have been recently released. No, they are blank DVDs that have been recorded on or copied to. They come in a cheap white sleeve with hand written "Carol Burnett" on the first sleeve and numbers 2-8 on the next seven sleeves. I placed an order with them a few days ago and was shocked to see how much I got charged for shipping. It would have been nice to see what the shipping fee was going to be. This company sold me a Bionx electric bike kit that did not work. Then after numerous phone calls and emails the owner finally said send it back for a full refund. I did and expected to lose 100 dollars in shipping to and from NYC since the items are battery and motor which are both heavy, but additionally I was charged a 20% restock fee after being told it would be waved. The director charges ridiculous amounts for mandatory field trips. They are during school hours, but if your child doesn't participate, there will be no care for your child, even though you've already paid tuition for that day. For instance, for the latest "fieldtrip" she is charging 28.00 for a play, which the tickets only cost 11.00. Whenever I question the cost of a field trip, she claims the other part of the charge is for "transportation." In this case, the school is only 3.4 miles from the field trip. read full review »

In February of 2009 I gave the job of installing a rebuilt engine to this company, after many unanswered phone calls and email messages I demanded they finish my car last September the demanded a payment of $4000.00 in additino to the $11000.00 payment made earlier in the year around May 09. My last paycheck was withheld. The company said that the Pay Period dates listed on my paycheck were wrong. They proceeded to make up a "correct" pay period date, which made it so it looked like I already got paid for that Pay Period. Very deceptive business practices and bad accounting procedures. Employees should be notified of this practice and be very careful about checking their paychecks.
