Lennar Home Builders
MicroMedics November 20, 2009
In November of 2005, we were negotiating to purchase a new home from Lennar's Parkers Place Subdivision in Taylors, SC. Everything was done we thought except the signature . My wife called me at work and said I need to sign the paperwork for the house which was priced at 183500. I told her OK and left work. When I got there the agent said we just got a price increase and since you haven't signed yet the new price is 193500. I should have walked away at that point but my wife really wanted the house so we agreed and put down a deposit... read full review »

Simply Healing Clinic
tgrafix November 20, 2009
Is not a doctor, though claims he is best Naturopath and can cure within 10 days. I asked about fees and was told that I would only have to get from store and would be cheap. When I called to cancel, he preyed on my vulnerability and said it would not cost much at all and that he can heal me. All in all, he talks on the phone when in consultation, is not through, and overcharges for unnecessary herbs and powders.

There is so much more why you should avoid this person who attends markets to give demos, he is a fake and will steal your money and offer no remedy! Don't get duped esp if you are vulnerable. read full review »

My Paralegal

In response to the previous complaint about me and My Paralegal: Mr. fakespam is a bold faced liar, period. This man came to my office with a pre-signed hand written document (on notebook paper), without the person who signed it, and demanded that I notarize it and the two copies. I refused. He brought a friend (a prior customer whose case outcome was very favorable) who had a pre-signed document (on notebook paper as well) and demanded that I notarize the original document and the copies. I told him that I would notarize the... read full review »

At least 6 weeks ago my boyfriend ordered your super special deal, 6 cartriges for $45. It has taken all this time to get your package and the order was wrong. I was charged $44.95 for one cartrige that is the wrong cartrige. To place this order all one had to do was point and click. I doubt that it was a mistake on our end. I called customer service and she was rude. She told me I could send it back and she would credit my card. But, I will have to pay for shipping. That is just wrong. It was your mistake. BOA/FIA CARD SERVICES
CreditCardFairy November 20, 2009
BOA/FIA Cards services uses various vendors to provide credit card customer service to BOA/FIA card holders. The major problem with this is that the people that they employ can literally walk in off the street one day, apply and be hired at one of these call centers and have full and complete access to all your personal and private information. No background check is required and neither is drug screening. The majority of these people who work in these call centers have extensive involvement in th criminal justice system and many are currently... read full review »

When he got the car home the paint was off 3 of the Rims, they were not just marked up. Even the spot that you put the weights, took the paint off the rims. The rims had to be repainted. Company has very poor track record for "scheduling" recreational sporting events for young professionals in the brandon, tampa, and polk areas. Fact is, if you check with the Better Business Bureau and do a quick search on the internet, you will find that they are quick to sign you up and take payment, but do not schedule the promised activities for months, even years... Unless you have extra money to throw away for someone else to use, I recommend that you do not sign up with this "organization." read full review »

I received the 2 pairs of slipper socks I ordered. Free shipping-Great. (they don't tell you there's a $1.50 "processing fee") They were very cheaply made and didn't fit even though they were the correct sizes for me and my wife (large). So, they said to send back for refund. However, the cost to send this junk back was $8.42. So I'm now out a total of $9.92 and have nothing to show for it. They won't pay return shipping or refund processing fee. BUYER BEWARE! Guess I'm not the only one getting screwed by this disreputable company judging by all the complaints on this site.
