I also have a compaint with Hotelclub for booking an apartment in New York. They charged me 200 USD calling it a deposit. Whereas their booking conditions describe this amount as an advance to secure the booking, the remainder to be paid at the hotel. Then in NY the hotel charged me a separate bill excl. the 200 USD. After several mails avoiding the matter, Hotelclub now calls these costs not a deposit nor an advance but reservation costs. This is a ridiculous amount but if it had been termed reservations costs it would have been clear. I find that Hotelclub misleads customers and treats them badly. read full review »

I purchased Dreamweaver from http://www.specialtechs.com. As others have also found out, the products at least come out of China, even though the website appears to be based in the USA. I loaded the software, put in the serial number, it went through just fine. Next time I went to use the software it stated that my serial number isn't valid. I called Adobe and they can do nothing unless it is a certified reseller of theirs. I am trying to get a refund but I don't currently have high hopes after reading other complaints here. I have been a good customer with Wells Fargo Financial. I took out a Cash on Demand loan for a little over $1, 000 no missed or late payments. After 47 minutes, not short to me, I quite because the sruvey kept requiring me to sign up for at least two offers per page and I did not agree to that. Just a couple of highlights. Weiss Homes built the roof with pitch in 2 areas that did not agree to the CAD's they provided at closing.
