DO NOT DEAL with either of these companies. They are one and the same and will rip you off! I spent $180 on 2 dvd sets. Both sets are taped off television(logo is in the corner), many shows are duplicated and on one dvd, its a totally different show! They send no papers with order numbers on them. I received a rather long, odd, and rambling letter on cheap computer paper from an Attorney John Sullivan from P.N. Financial at an old Indiana address. My story is the same as countless others. This company some how obtains names and titles of people, and then cold calls for the person. They validate the information they have and even after you say NO NO NO not interested, they still "send you the publication." I took my 95 F-150 in because I was told by my regular mechanic that 2nd gear was going bad. Matt the employee told me after they done there test that I needed to repair all of the transmission. I have a 2008 Toyota Tundra, approx 61, 000 miles. The right front bearing have gone out. I contacted toyota and was told that item is covered under the powertrain warranty. When I informed them of this, they told me my refund would post in 5-10 business days. It's been 17 days and they now tell me it may take up to two months! The company sold me a Panasonic digital camera in June08, which has subsequently become faulty. Despite me sending them 8 emails, they have not offered a solution/remedy. Having spoken with Panasonic they have advised that they will not cover the camera under manufacturing warranty as it is a US supplied only camera. Furthermore is not CE approved for sale in the UK.
