I was in the Sears Costa Mesa, California store a couple of weeks ago. I was using one of their shopping carts. It worked wonderfully well until I checked out and headed out the door to my car. Ordered an XTREME XG-470 gas scooter. Product sent with missing parts, broken taillight, and flat tire. The box had the wrong assemble instructions and smelled of gasoline. Requested an exchange for a new scooter. The company kept sending replacement parts/and or the wrong parts instead. They refuse to cover the cost to ship the scooter back to them for a replacement. This company (not sure exact name - only Customer Service when called) has been deducting $7.01 from my checking account without authorization for three months. Every time the phone number is different and I call and they say they cancel the account. However, the charges are still taken out each month. 10/17/2009: Went to walmart and purchased an HP Deskjet F380 Ink catridge at 3:02pm (as per receipt). The model HP Deskjet F380 is the printer I use at home and so the sales associate checked the ink catridge box and CLEARLY saw it on the box hence that was the correct ink catridge. My fiance purchased a brand new 2006 Ford Explorer and has had all scheduled maintenance performed on time, oil changes etc. For the past 6 months she is SCARED TO DEATH to drive her truck anywhere. I joined Cinergy about 1 year ago. Since then, I've incured A large medical debt. When my partner needed clocoma surgery, the doctors office got an approval from a representative, which was consequently denied. Hello: I ordered Resveritrol for $.99 on trial but was billed on the same Paypal account for the trial and the regular order. I didnt receive the order until after 30 days. I ordered a product, Bowtrol, on Oct. 8. I paid for it on my credit card, and it still has not arrived. The time span is 5-15 days. I realize it has only been 9 days, but I find it hard to believe that it takes 9 days to deliver something from Michigan to New York State, unless it's on the back of a snail. AZ Plumbing was out on 10/13/2009, and said that we had a leaking aerator (after factory), and we had some loose packing nuts under the sink.
