I paid for a small software, the download software did not work, always says that it was corrupt. I emailed Jamesriver, the software company, no response the first time. I emailed two more times after, these times, both emails bounced back ! ! ! I then emailed to PayPal who received my payment by credit card. But PayPal was just as bad, they did not reply ! ! Audiotogo is a website similar to netflicks. You sign up for their monthy service and they send you audiobooks. You keep them for as long as you like and then mail them back. I signed up for their two week "free trial". It took the first (and only) audiobook 9 days to arrive to my house. I bought the complete TV series of STARGATE SG1 on dvd. There is 50 dvds in the set. On the average, there is at least one episode per disc that does not play and will not let me go to the next episode. Just when I thought banks had fees for everything. I had 4 accounts with compass and while all the accounts were Free Checking they managed to apply a fee of $5.00 per month for 2 years because the account was INACTIVE! 50 dollar logo should improve their communication with customers. Forget about several revisions. They will never listen to you. I could not communicate with them even for the first revision. They will keep sending you revisions without listening you. So after 2 revisions of their own ways, I just gave up communicating. I lost 50 dollars. Do not bother cut and paste logos to communicate.
