This software never worked. The company has no direct way of contacting them. All emails go to a sub contracted "tech support" which keeps genterating emails with more instructions that don't work. I visited their lab to see a doctor for one of the my skin related disease. They did not have any doctor available and I was given attention by a nurse. She took a specimen of my skin for further analysis as she could not figure out the problem. They did not tell me what will they with the specimen and the test charges for that. The Bike arrived non functional and damaged.
