When I heard the news about the tragedy that happened in Japan, my heart fell apart because I had a lot of good memories and met good people there. A representative named Alex contacted our office to advise that I confirmed Yellow Pages Online advertising for our business, that an invoice for $499.99 would be forthcoming, the confirmation # is 2005175207, mentioned a cancellation # (none given), provided no return contact phone number, and left this message with one of our employees to give to me. We paid for one night for 2 rooms on priceline . I paid for 50.00 a piece for the rooms double beds . We get to the hotel which is a truck stop it sits off of Sharon Rd . I get up to the window and tell the clerk we have a prepaid room from priceline . The clerk expalined to me that they had two queen beds in each room . I was dumb enough to try a sample of one of their skin products. It arrived very late - and they charged me $75.00. This was back in August of 2010. I have called over twenty times over nine months and receive excuse after excuse of why they haven't issued a refund: we can't find the tracking number of the check, we didn't have the correct address, a representative will call you back. I placed an order on Dec.29, 2011 for Mirrors for my Express Van. My charge card was charged $73.80. Finally after not receiving the mirrors by February I called and cancelled the order. Attempted to refund within 15 days and woman on the phone would not give instructions on how to do so. I sent emails, made phonecalls, and was never responded to. The Bike arrived non functional and damaged. I submitted a claim for hospital treatment or I should say my Hospital (Holy Redeeemer Hospital-Meadowbrook PA)did for the dates of 1-15-2011 thru 1-19-2011.
