I ordered a bag from this store online. The sent me a confirmation with all the information correct. When they sent a shipping recipt with tracking number it was being shipped to the wrong address! I emailed them to have the reply of sorry that is the address you provided. I called and was told there would be a $10 fee to reroute the package. I assumed this would take care of it. We bought 10 windows and a sliding door from this company a few years ago. I am still trying to get them done right. OMG what a mess they left behind. They had 2 people removing all of these windows and installing them only two. They took a huge loud metal saw and cut our old windows out. Merchant performed services which were not authorized. All the services performed were incorrectly or poorly performed. None of them actually fixed anything that was requested. Do not do business with these scumbags. They sold me what was supposed to be a completely rebuilt engine. Come to find out nothing was rebuilt.
