Chase bank used to be my lender, but since i refinanced I unfortunately got stuck with Resmae. My problem has been that lately it's hard for me to pay all of my bills on time. Disney Chase Credit Card claims to have received our payment late, yet it was mailed prior to the due date. They meantime charged a $39.00 late fee as well as $66.66 in interest. We have paid off our credit card monthly and they have made between $3, 000 and $6, 000 on us since we were credit card members. They refused to waive the late fee and interest in order to keep us their customers. I have a USAir credit card and I pay the annual fee in April (my anniversary date) On my anniversary date I am supposed to receive a coupon code good for 2 companion tickets for $99 (plus some other benefits). I signed a contract with J&R (owner name is Don Richardlli) 3 months ago.After the deposit paid, everythings turn into miserable nightmare. I pre paid over $3000 to Jen Jez at A Great Shot photographs in May of 2008 for a wedding in July of 2008. She did a good job with the engagements, a good job with the bridals, and she was wonderful to work with at the wedding. Our entire family purchased polices through Travel Guard and a family member went into the hospital in May of 2009 (and died) and they did not cover our loss yet! I have been a member of Tech Credit Union for 5+ years. I have noticed that since last year (2008), I keep getting hit with NSF's every 2 weeks without fail. Here are the why's of it. Tech CU claims that my direct deposit is not posted until 8 to 10 am when a human initiates it. I ordered 40 2 year grape vines in march, with a guarantee of replacement if vines don't grow; received the vines in april; planted them according to instructions, including expensive irrigation drip system for each vine. On August 6, 20009 a bottle of Nature Pure arrived. I had to go to the post office to pick it up so I knew they did that to track the shipment. This company claimed I set up an account with them (I didn't) ordered a product (I didn't) and then charged me for it. I never recieved the product, and was charged almost $80 for it. They refused to reverse the charges and suggested I wait to recieve the product. They gave me a tracking number for the us postal service and when I checked that number it said it was delievered. Received a call from credit protection service on the phone, hostile call which he demanded money in the form of credit card to settle a debt with comcast.
