I ordrered the Acai Ultra from this company for $14.95 s/h on July 23, 2009 it never arrived. However, on at least 3 other occassions I was called to cnfirm the order and asked if I wanted to add another product for only s/h, I said no because I had not received my first order. I ordered a DVD for my friends birthday on 7/21 and paid extra for USPS priority 5 day shipping. After a week I started e-mailing the company - After 4 e-mails and 2 weeks later I decided to look up the Vintage Playhouse on the Better Business Bureau website - Wish I had done that first. They are rated an F with many complaints. So after 16 days I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I purchased a Samsung Delve from an Alltel store which is now a Verizon store in March. I was promised a rebate which I never received. I copied all my receipts, cut out the purchase code and mailed all the information to the addressed noted on the box. Needless to say, after an extended period of time, when I had not received my rebate, I called. Wondering if their telephone solicitation is for real or will they take my debit card info and rip me off? I really should have known better. I saw an ad on Facebook about a fellow who made money from home by working for Google and his interview was on ABC News. I filled out the form and paid the $1.97 (I thought, oh, it's just a small amount, it's okay). This company took my money on 8-10-09 without my knowledge. I got a charge of $70 on a product that I have never seen. There was only suppsosed to be a charge for $1.97 in order to recieve this information in the mail. I contacted the company who told me that the $1.97 charge was just the initiation fee and the $70 charge was the membership fee. But they didn't say that on thier advertisement. I ordered 2 free products--for $.99 shipping and $2.49 shipping--30 day trial sample of each on 08/09/09. Today, on 08/10/09, someone called and said something about a free trip and a charge of $39.99 and I said no I didn't want that. He gave me a toll free number that is very static sounding every time I call. When you try to talk to a customer service rep you are put on hold indefinitely with no back-up option. I bought a HP laptop in April and keep crash for the last few weeks. I sent it in for repair and the customer service rep at HP said his tech said I spilled liquid on the keyboard and it would cost over $300 to fix. I did not spill anything, infact, I only use a dry cloth to clean my laptop. I told them I would never buy a HP PRODUCT AGAIN> Addionally, I have a HP printer less than a year old and I keep getting a message now, printer cartridge installed wrong, it is not and I have done all the trouble shooting steps. I received a phone call from Byron Bergeron stating he could rent and sell my timeshare. I gave him $1889.00 to sell it. The end of May 2009, I call him and ask him for a copy of the contract as I didn't remember signing anything. On July 4th, I ordered 18 DVDs from this seller for $25.00. I wanted them mailed to my sister in California. It is now August 10th, and she still does not have them. I signed up for a Well Care Medicare Advantage Concert Plan, when I became eligible for Medicare at the time of my retirement. My plan went into effect on 4/1/08.
