I bought a pair of shoes and a dress yesterday at BCBG in Los Angeles and the salespeople were very nice. I read the receipt which stated exchanges were fine within 10 days with receipt and "All sales final on sale items, accessories and swimwear." Trans am trucking lie to their drivers to get their truck payments and the govt money. They have an agreement with the govt to employ x amount of drivers every month. I'd paid my WA-MU Chase card ON-TIME every month. Not only that...I PAID CHASE $300 dollars each month for my 4K card when my minimum amount for payment was only $50-$75 per month! We purchased this bike last year brand new. It has had this noise at lower speeds and a death wobble at higher speeds and our complaints to our dealer fall on deaf ears. The last service visit my husband was told that he needed a new rear tire, highly doubtful at less then 6000 miles. This bike is babied, we waited a long time to be able to afford it and now we are disgusted with the service that we are receiving. I have two questions, 1. My daughter spent more than she had in her account. Three additional checks for small amounts overdrafted. The net result $35 times 4 or $140 in charges for aproximately $100 total in overdrafts. Within a week a deposit cleared and the overdraft fees plus the overage were deducted from the account. However the question is should multiple overdrafts resulting in under $100 or even $ 500 cost $140 in fees ? Last week, we went to Lenscrafters to have eye exams for my kids. We gave our insurance cards and waited for hours to have an exam. After the eye exams, they said Lenscrafters don't accept our insurance company anymore. As a result we had to pay the full charge. They didn't tell us that before the eye exams. Got a coupon in the mail regarding Air Duct cleaning for $ 64.99. it is the basic cleaning with no returns cleaning. The coupon shows a big truck with the real vacuum mounted on truck. Walgreens does not allow you to print your own passport picture -they scan all the pictures that you take and removes the passport pictures so that you can pay the scumbags $8.99 for two pictures. Sears Customer Service stated consumer abuse, "aluminum could have grown in potato" (minerals?). It was our responsibility to watch the potato at all times.
