Hello dear, I subcribed for your sample online and paid for it. I never knew your company will charge me $88 plus for monthly supplies. I really cannot afford this payment as I was laid off last week. Please do not ship any further items to me, and please cancel my sample request and refund this money to my account. My student loan was sold to ACS. I paid it off early in July 2008 according to their payoff amount request. In October 2008 I started receiving a bill for $978.00 from ACS saying that I owed them that much more. It is now August 2009 and I am still fighting with them regarding this issue. I signed up for trial of whitener and only paid s&h. I am very careful about fine print and found nothing when ordering this product. I looked at my bank statement and was charged $88.97 by them and also $9.99 under the name axis wellness portal. When I called their number the guy I talked to was very rude and kept acting like he couldn't hear me. I will be closing my account with SECU. I attempted to withdraw funds from my account. It goes the process but when its time for my money to dispense it doesn't. It prints out the receipt as if I received my funds. I go to the bank to complain about it and they tell me it is nothing they can do b/c the atm balance was correct. I asked if they can review the tape so that they can see I did not receive money and she tells me the camera does not pick up that. dont take your children to the hospital after they get ingured by another sibling. The hospital calls CPs and cps comes out and interigates you and taggs you as a child abuser. I was gone for my wedding and honeymoon, during the next ten days, then I was gone for another week. I did not check my account, because I did not use it during that time. live in Georgia, and the law firm called the Vehlahos law firm is located in New Jersey, It was origninally a situation that involves a loan modification. As a result of this, I researched the company to safegaurd myself from the multitudes of scams going on in this load modification business. Hello. This has been going on for 3 years with a company who came in and resurfaced my driveway. After my block party everyone sunked into my driveway they came back and sealed it. The next year everyone sunk in again. Affatato Paving came back and resurfaced again. I have tried to stick it out with this dental office. I have been dissatified for some months now and decided I had enough. Recently my son had an appointment for 5:00pm and it was changed in their system to 4:30pm. When he arrived at 4:50pm, he was told he would have to reschedule because his appointment was at 4:30pm.
