About 6 months ago I ordered a free Acai Berry trial. Several months later I noticed my credit card was being charged on a monthly basis for this product that I never ordered of course. I managed to cancel it but today I was looking at a bill for a credit card I no longer use and found 2 scam charges on it, one of which is My E Saving Club. I had a brake down in my car, I called and ask if it would be covered. I was told that " A timing chain and a timing belt are the same thing." I had the car towed to a shop and after the shop finally was able to talk to someone (after 4 days) They told them that they would not cover the braked down. I referred four people to AT & T Uverse for their AT&T Referrals program in May of 2009, and did not receive the rewards for them. On the website it asks for their phone number or their account number. I entered their phone numbers. This company opperates as a lead generation company and they are anything but. I recently did a trial with this company and I immediately canceled. The leads were aweful and I am sure they were resold to me. My reps have yet to make a single sale and this is no suprise to me. The leads have stated they were contacted by as many as 5 different companies. I was told that they would be using my direct phone numbers and material and would go straight to my firm. I was called a LIAR from one of the receptionists in the office -- she was yelling at me and would not give me her name. I asked for her supervisor and she placed, Patty on the phone which happened to be another receptionists in the office. I originally tried to change my daughter's doctor appointment and no one in two days was ever available to answer the phones because I received the answering machine on every call, except on the day of the appointment when she verbably abused me. I was mislead in to his false claims of winning percentages and taken for several thousand dollars, losing many thousands more with his advice. I just received a letter from Bank of America stating that as of September 1, 2009, my checking account will be charged with a $12.00 since I don't meet THEIR minimum requirements of $750.00 When I openend this Regual Checking, I was told that I had a "No minimum requirement" checking account. I bought a Can Am ATV 90 4ST as a Christmas present for my daughter on 12/21/08. I could not take delivery of the vehicle that day because it had to svcd before it could leave the shop. I never ordered from any of these companies, not even a "free" sample. I come home after being out of the country for a month and find 6 packages. I called the company and got return authorization numbers and cancelled the auto ship. I returned all 6, by writing return to sender and dumping them in the mailbox.
