Was due for annual renewal of norton anti-virus which I paid on-line with VISA on 7/06/09: $35.99 Rec'd my VISA statement and the charge was listed. However, when I'm online I have many windows coming up that my computer is infected with trojan and has various worms. When I try to delete, ignore, etc. it refers me to symantec licensing and activating for additional charges. Aren't I covered with norton anti-virus? BOA has a way of making you think your money is safe. They don't specify amounts needed in your account to avoid high fees. When you spot the problem they tell you its to late for them to reimburse you. Money Market accounts for people under a certain amount are most vulnerable. Worse is they put your money in it after you specify not to. Bank fees for overdraft protection are ridiculous, it is to protect you from being overdrawn. I purchased an Xacto Sharpener a few months ago in 2009 and was told that I could return it to the store for an exchange if it stopped working. The clerk toldme that others have had problems with the sharpener but the store will take it back. I even had my receipt. Their website states that you need three things: 1. birth certificate 2. Official Identification 3. I have heard many many rumors about what has happened to the previous managers at the restaurant (kim and carol or sue I think). I'm sick/disabled & have no one so I had no choice but to move into a HUD dump on 4/06. They let me move in without really cleaning or fixing the place. This lotto site is a complete scam. I have played for years, have family and friends that have playedfor years, and when someone wins, they always have an excuse not to pay out. Either th site goes down for maintenance, or they emailed out to the wrong people, or they offer you a consolation prize in lieu of the big prize as it was a mistake on thier part. This is a fraud. They only take green dot money pak so they can take your funds without being tracked. They claim lots of fraudulent credit cards have forced them to only use MoneyPak, but they only started their business in June 2009. How many frauds can you get in less than a month of business.
