I fell behind on mortgage due to hardship and unemployed. Greentree called after a problem incurred with bank not depositing my unemployment check and NCF charge came through. I tried to explain that I had made calls to the bank to try resolve the issue and was in process of getting it taken care of. I read some of the Peak 5 complaints. I've had the same experience of trying to reach them with the number left on my answering machine asking me to contact the new company because Peak 5 no longer exists. After few brief moments, the line just goes dead. I don't get to talk to anyone. We paid $200.00 to Cargo Wide Delivery Agency for them to deliver a puppy and after them telling us that everything was ok and ready for delivery we get an email saying that the puppy was being held in BOISE - IDAHO and that we needed to pay $420.00 more for ins. and to get the puppy here to us. Then when we asked them to give us back our $200.00 they said that the delivery had been made. How??? if we never got the puppy. Four monthes ago I bought two air tickets in EgyptAir site (from Athens to Cairo). I registered my daughter for her third SAT online as I have done many times previously for her and my other children. I recieved a letter from Chase informing me that my APR will increase to 21%. I had 2 choices, accept the raised APR and my account will remain open, or decline the raise and my account would be closed. I accepted the raised APR (to continue to build my credit) and low and behold, one month after raising my APR, they closed my account anyway! The electronic panel on my Whilpool Duet Washer broke while under warranty. I called to schedule service and an appointment was set up with A&E Service. This was the worst experience with a service company in my life. After multiple days off work, hours on the phone and a list of excuses and 4 failed service calls, I requested a different service provider.
