Comparable to the other complaints, Freefuelcenter.com sent the first three gift cards, then said my receipts were wrong. As an accounting auditor, they were submitted correctly. In March, 2009 was the first indication that they were up to something. Have not received anything since February submittals. I purchased a car from Carsource USA and was promised (even given an "IOU" in writing) the boot cover for the car. This item was shown on the car in all of the pictures, but was 'missing' when I went to pick up the car. Thinking that they were good on their word... I took the car and drove off their lot. I purchased 2 gallons of deck semi-stain last summer, I had hired someone to apply it. This year the stain just wore off- down to the bare wood. It look terrible. I wrote the company in May, sent in the custom mixing label with the date on it, when it was purchased- because I did not have my receipt. Sent in the label of the can also. I also took photos and dent them. There is a 5 year guarantee and this paint. I have never heard back from anyone at the company.
