My son is an inmate at alameda county jail and the prices for commissary are extremely high. For instance, in Alameda county one comfort pack sells for 17.75 and in yolo sells for 16.75. Made promises that they could not and did not keep. Promised after 6 months of payments our payments would be lowered. This never happened and according to mortgage company this is impossible. We also had a 1 year warranty from him but he will not take our calls nor return them for over a year. My son ordered a Bell G3 SAS ($90) air soft Rifle that was shipped to our house with clear manufacture defects. First off, his gun came with multiple defects out of the box. The flash hider which was screwed on incorrectly could not be unscrewed to remove and install the battery. (Trust me, the flash hider has to be removed.) The company advertised hosting service with email addresses. The email addresses hosted with them get constantly blacklisted, obviously because a lot of spamming businesses use their services. This summer I called AHS to place a services call for A/C repair. The unit was leaking. This is the cover letter sent to Mr. Crawford, head of AHS.
