Hello. I ordered the Heel Stick and free grooming package and they said I should receive it in about six weeks. It has been a month in a half and I still have not received it. Every time I call I cannot find anyone useful. They keep redirecting me to another agency or number. I just want what I ordered. I decided to file a complaint against the company. I purchased the product-Celebrity Sexy Teeth whitner on line. The on line ad said it came with an instant $50 rebate. I followed the instructions for the rebate. When I recieved the product there was No mention of this other product in the papers that came with it and no mention of this other company. If you are looking for a lawyer in Helena mt. DO NOT choose Joan hunter. You will only end up getting another lawyer just to fight your old lawyer. She gives terrible advise and ends up helping the other party. She also has unscrupulous and shady billing practices. She just wants your money and will drain you for every penny you have for nothing in return. She cares nothing about you or your case. On 7/12/09 I vistited the drive thru at Sonic.
I placed my order and then waiting to get to the window. When I pulled up, The lady at the window (Glenda) handed me my Route 44 Cherry Dr. Pepper but the lid was just barely on! The drink went all over me, and every where else ~ all the way to the passanger side! My Blackberry was charging in the back of the cup holder wich was now submerged in 2" of soda! Gledna ~ just shut the window! She did not even apologize once! She gave me napkins ~ only after I requested them.

I ordered a baby product back in May and was tracking it for the shipping date. All this time they already charged my credit card. I had to call them to find out why the tracking is still showing awaiting shipment and I was told the product is backordered. I spoke to Hector on the phone on Feb. 28, 2009 and asked if they have some parts I need. He told me yes, and gave me a great price. I authorized PAYPAL to give SK Auto Parts/ Neko Enterprises $1740. Two weeks went by, then a month and then two more months, NO PARTS. I called and requested they send me my money back A.S.A.P. They mailed me a Nice Big Company Check for the amount of $1740. Un-authorized charge of $14.99 per month starting 4/12/09. AT&T removed two months charges and today removing the 3rd month. I've never downloaded ring tones etc. and they started charging automatically when I got the phone. AT&T claims no knowledge of it. Their website lists AT&T as a partner. I filed a claim with AHS in Oct. 2008 for a spa heater that was worn out and finally broke. The first person they sent out said that the spa was not to code and AHS denied the claim. The spa was almost 20 yrs old. I called the manufacturer, who inspected the unit and they confirmed that the spa was properly built to code. They also provided a replacement cost for the unit.

FRAUD! I called to make reservations on May 20. 2009 for the Riverside Ramada in Casper, WY for June 16th. I was assured that that was done and $80.35 was debited from my account. If you are doing business with this bank, pay it off as quickly as possible and close the account.
Bank fees are high, customer service has no flexibility. I was a buck overlimit for 2 days and was charged a $39 fee. After being a good customer for 5 years, thought I would get a break.

A Salesman came to our house, we were supposed to win a 17 piece knife set for watching the demo. We agreed to buy the machine, but my credit must have been denied because we never have heard from the guy again. When it came time to get our "prize" the salesman claims he was out of them and he would put it in the mail. We have never received it. I was willing to pay the 3000 for the vaccuum. Alex Barker - from NAPS with a very thick accent called me two times now stating I owe monies to a company called Cash Advance and that if I don't take care of it they will send the affidavit to the local courts here in Missouri - after the second call I told him he was committing fraud etc...and that he needed to stop calling me.
He wanted that I give him my debit card number etc so that I could repay the $300 debt in the amount of $520 now.

I purchased a HP PL4260N 42 inch HDTV in 2006. On July 12 2009 the screen lost its picture. After extensive research it is apparent that this is a manufactured defect. Since the product is out of warranty, the cost for repair is $600. This is one half of the purchase price. I beleive that HP needs to either replace the television or make the repairs at no cost to the consumer.

We notified CSAA with the form letter that AARP provides to notify current providers of auto insurance that coverage is being changed. We sent this letter in to CSAA in April because our insurance comes up for renewal in May. We have received a bill for 184.00 stating our insurance has been cancelled with them DUH! I did the trial as well, and was sent 4 shipments within a month's time. Each shipment was debited on my account at $38.95 each time. I called and followed their directions and shipped two bags back to them (this cost me an additional $10) and I refused another shipment.
They received the returned shipment that I sent on May 11, 2009. I called, gave them the tracking number and they confirmed receipt. It is now July 13, 2009 and I have still NOT received the refund that I was promised.

This company went into my accounts and withdrew $80.50, $88.97 & $9.99 for products I never got or ordered. After complaining to the proper authorities I finally got a refund. This refund was for $78.93 instead of the $80.50 that was taken out of the account. I'd like to know why they think that for any reason they shouldn't have to return what they took. This is the worst service I can imagine. They offered a subscription at a fixed price for a one year service. Then they sent out notices that they could not afford to honor their end of the subscription. Next they sent a bill asking for more money to keep the service going. Then after accepting the money, they canceled the service because too many people expected them to honor their original agreement. A SUBSCRIPTION IS A CONTRACT they stopped the paper today and expect us to look for something else, when they feel the economy gets better they will offer us a chance to resume delivery. The only person kevin is helping is himself. By the time you find out he is charging an extra $ to your debit card he has the money and all you gain by cancelling is that he wont get another $10 from you. He is getting money legally by getting the first charge or may be more until you realize they are taking money from your bank account. SCAM but legal. My Complaint with Jaguar Central, Mike Cummins, Cheryl Cummins is very similar to the many others (8 that I know of) they have scammed. They agree to do work, take money for the agreed work, then do very little work. When you finally get tired of dealing with their lies and deceipt and try and get your cars back, you find they have taken many major items off the cars. Loss to people that I know of is over $500K.

Seniors, handicapped persons, lower-income individuals - BEWARE! I was trying to manage health care for my mother in Florida while I was living in Connecticut. For nearly a year. Not an easy task. I'll cut to the chase: We rented a lift chair (recliner that helps a handicapped person to stand and sit) from February 26 to March 27. For $165. We returned it on March 31. We have been getting billed for $165...for the four days after March 27! $165 for 4 days!
