I have been getting debit in the amount of $16.95. For at least the last 10 months. I call the number. No one answers if they do so its a recording saying due to high volume calling your wait time could be longer than usual. The longest I held was 2 1/2 hours. Ive tryed reaching them threw the internet. Ive contacted Attorney General & the B.B.B. Still ever month my card gets debit in the same amount. My dealings with "Best" Engines and now Engine Exchange have been less then admirable. I purchased a rebuilt engine from the beginning I had problems. I was not given the correct parts to were to be included with my engine. There was a knock on the bottom end from the start. I decided to try a WoW leveling service as I don't have the time to level a character myself and would really like to get back into some endgame raiding. I chose to try happyleveling.com. Thankfully I figured I'd test the service by purchasing a small amount of ingame gold. Now the website claims 30min to 2 hour delivery; I've now been waiting 3 days and every time I contact them through the live chat tool I'm told to come back in 6 hrs or come back in 24hrs. Incident We have been on cruises before and choose the Carnival Imagination because of our 8 yr.old twins. I went in on Wed, July 1st, 2009 to Big Tex Ford to look at a vehicle they advertised on their website. I had already filled out the credit application and received an approval. When I got there, they claimed the only way I could get the vehicle I wanted was to use someone else's name. Nuera Telecom is a complete ripoff. I was totally lied into the service. At first i was told no monthly fee and $0.05 calling per minute to Pakistan and India. Guess what? I tried calling Pakistan and India for 4 days and never got thru. And i found out i was charged $34.95 on a monthly basis. Then i called Nuera Telecom customer service line and all of the sudden THEY DONT SPEAK ENGLISH! As a longtime acquaintance of the owners of Pacific Corporate and Title Service, I did them a favor and acquired copies of Official Records from the Recorders Office in San Mateo County, California. I sent them these documents and outlaid the cost for the photocopies and delivery out of my own pocket. I billed them for reimbursement at-cost (no mark-up or profit ot me) in November 2008. They refused to reimburse until I sent a late notice in February and never paid a reasonable 10% that I added to the late bill for my hassle and lost interest on 4 months of nonpayment.
