We met with Jon Cannon their sales rep. who went over all of the charges and fees. We process with Quick Books and he assured us that there would be no problems interfacing directly with Quick Books. He also had us sign up for a lease on machines to process the credit cards. The company that suppodsedly interfaces with our Quickbooks did not, the machines they sent to us were shipped incomplete over the span of a month. I have Hughes Net at a business. My installer came and installed my modem. He didn't even attach enough wire to set it down table height and my wire is in the middle of my wall instead of by a door or somewhere less noticeable. I recently purchased a game online through this company . I was billed but the registration code given to activate the game doesn't work. I ordered a glasses from Decor My Eyes and until now it's not deliver it's more than a month now. They post products on sale but the truth is they don't have it on stock and they make you pay then nobody will contact you to inform that your order is not on stock for weeks so you are forced to order another item. I was a client with this company beginning in November of 2008 and enrolled in their program to settle two credit card accounts. Well I ended up getting numerous bottles of both Life Cleanse and Acai Berry detox that ended up costing me well over $200.00 in one month.
