The Uggs sold by UggKickse.com are COMPLETELY COUNTERFEIT. UGGaustralia.com (The Official UGG® Site) lists this website as a known counterfeit retailer. I purchased a pair of Uggs from this site. There is noticeable glue, and sloppy stitching which attaches the rear Ugg tag to the back of the boot. I brought it to an authorized Ugg dealer and they have verified the product is counterfeit. I ordered a $1.97 disk I think from google and when I got my bank statement there were aditional charges than I have no clue what they are for. One was dated 5-4-09 for $77.82 and the other one is dated 5-6 for $38.34. all it says on my statement is A1 Member and gave a phone number 866-200-5473. I was left a message on my work phone that a 'Joe' was calling to collect a bad debt and that I had better call back today or else. When I called the firm, he would not tell me why he called, questioned the address he called and suddenly said he 'must have made a mistake' it 'must have gotten the wrong person'. This message was left on my work phone jeopardizing my reputation for what is apparently an unsubstantiated debt. I have experienced very poor service from RBC who kept on misleading me for more than 2 months to perform simple banking task, which any other bank could have done in less than 30 minutes. I work as a church secretary. I have been receiving these phone calls every day since I've been with the Church. I've talked to the senior pastor about it, and he agrees that something has got to be done. We've never had anything to do with this company at all for any reason. The first complaint was about the hotel. I was unsatisfied with having no privacy on the balcony and also there were waterbugs on the balcony. I bought travel insurance based on the recommendation of my cruise agent. The Iceland Volcano interrupted our trip in April of 2010. I immediately sent a claim to TravelGuard by registered mail. My travel agent contacted them repeatedly on my behalf and got no reply. In January 2011, I asked by travel agent to try again. Finally, I get a reply from TravelGuard asking for the documents sent by registered mail in April of 2010. Fellow Agents, Do not get swindled by working with this so called "expert" in long term care sales. First off his commission structure is about 10 percent lower then every one else in the industry. Was then told it was shipped THL courrier service. They were new to Ebay so paypal only cover up to $200.
