Fellow Agents, Do not get swindled by working with this so called "expert" in long term care sales. First off his commission structure is about 10 percent lower then every one else in the industry. When I inquired about this to him he suggested, "You can either get 65% first year commission and sell very little long term care insurance, OR, you can get 55% to 60% first year commission and sell a lot." I won a bid for a diamond ring on ebay offered for sale by replygroup S.A.R.L. Was told it was shipped DHL and given a tracking number. Number was no good. Was then told it was shipped THL courrier service. They were new to Ebay so paypal only cover up to $200. I looked into adopting a poppy from A1K9 Rescue in Ohio. I did not end up adopting from her because I was not comfortable with the high volume of dogs that she has been 'selling' and that the majority of them 'have been rescued from puppy mills that have been closed down.' I ordered a $1.97 disk I think from google and when I got my bank statement there were aditional charges than I have no clue what they are for. I bought travel insurance based on the recommendation of my cruise agent. The Iceland Volcano interrupted our trip in April of 2010. I immediately sent a claim to TravelGuard by registered mail. My travel agent contacted them repeatedly on my behalf and got no reply. In January 2011, I asked by travel agent to try again. Innovative Solutions is a payment gateway for small businesses to be able to take credit cards. After 5 years of charging through the nose to process credit cards, we were able to find a company that is more reasonable. We closed the account and faxed in the letter to cancel. In turn, they took $295 our of our account for termination fee and charged an additional month of gateway fees. Every single day, without fail, I get calls from 517-679-0754 (sometimes two times a day if I do not answer). I have repeatedly told the solicitors to remove my name and nine times out of ten they have hung up on me. My daughter told me if I call back the number, customer service will come on and I can delete my number. I now do that everytime they call and they still continue to call. The first complaint was about the hotel. I was unsatisfied with having no privacy on the balcony and also there were waterbugs on the balcony.
