Attracted by price on a ropey Sunday morning then did my research! More fool me. I cancelled the order Sunday evening and have been emailing back and forward trying to get my refund. They asked for 20% for handling then 10% then when I still refused they told me things could get very difficult! Hows that for customer service. BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS!! THEY SEEM CHEAPER THAN OTHERS BUT THEN CHASE YOU WITH MORE CHARGES WHILE NOT GETTING JOB DONE!!! Same experience as other people described here. They showed up a full day or two after the snow fall has stopped and once didn't show up at all (the biggest snowfall). They don't plow all snow. They charged upfront for 10 visits, came 8 times, then invoiced me for 5 extra visits. I had to buy my own snow thrower in January to dig myself out after snowfalls. In 2008 I was contacted by South Ribble Council that I may be entitled to a new boiler if incapacitated or a pensioner through Warm Front. I was granted funding for a new boiler which was replaced by HIS of Preston in March 2009. I was also given 2 years guarantee covered by Warm Sure. I made an order on the 14th, they sent an email stating I was charged a certain amount on that exact date. When I went to go track the package, all the links in this email did not work. COMSYS is hiring placing consultants from Third Parties who provide candidates working on their H1B but the third party vendors are actually submitting FAKE H1B's and there is no system in place to check the Receipt Number matching the candidates name. I am so disgusted, I purchased tall black uggs for my daughter for christmas at $80.99 I placed the order which totaled $97.99 to receive a notice after that an international fee would be charged, I immediately sent them a letter stating that I disagree with this and will only pay what was charged needless to say $99.62 came out of my checking account. I moved to titan telecom when they were very new company, I have had nothing but greif with them since. They say that they are the cheapest company around and this is not the case, the may have cheaper call rates but this is because they make their money through charges and other means.
