Today (aprl 25, 2011) i came for the first time to just nail trim for my dog. What happen is, after done, they not told me that his nail is cut too short and bleed before. Extremely poor after the sales service. Do not buy from Somerville Aluminum. After siding our entire house and detached garage we immediately started getting water in our kitchen. Have called me twice now, most recent 04/12/11. Claim they were calling on behalf of AT&T to correct a billing error that involved thousands of customers. Since there were so many customers AT&T had to get a 3rd party involved to correct. There was no billing error and luckily I did not fall for it. Shady people. Be very careful and listen because they will mention ISI will now be your carrier. Bought a white 2001 Honda Odyssey with 135, 000 miles from them on April 14, 2011 and the check engine light came on the next day. I called them and told them the check engine light came on and I had it checked and the code said the transmission needs to be replaced. They said there is nothing they can do about it!!! I placed an ad on Zillow on March 12, 2011 to sell my lot. I paid $ 39.95 for the ad to run for 180 days. A few days after I checked the site. I thought that I had bought a BVD/580 blue ray surround sound system. When I opened the box there was a different model a BVD/570 which is $200 less and does not have a built in wireless connection like the BVD/580 has. I called customer service and they said it shows that I bought a BVD/570 even though the box the BVD/570 came in says it is a BVD/580 with a built in wireless card. They will not do anything for me so I must take them to small claims court which will cost me $60.
