Well to start with a refrigerator delivered with a huge dent!!! They took the fridge back and rescheduled for monday. Then called me back to tell me my fridge was not in stock. A month ago we took at Royal Caribbean cruise including the port of Jamaica. My husband and I had heard that the Sandals all-inclusive resort was fabulous. We were able to obtain a day pass and enjoyed several hours of all the beach, pool food and drinks we could handle. I had previously filed a rip off report about the same movers. Then they responded immediately and I thought that they have got better with their response. But they had broken my futon and multiple other articles. I had sent the list with picture proof to the insurance mediators who sent in settlement amount which I had accepted in October, but it is April now and I have not yet received the money. I have to say, though there food is great the service is horrible. I am always rushed off the phone without a thank you or even a goodbye. I thought that I had bought a BVD/580 blue ray surround sound system. When I opened the box there was a different model a BVD/570 which is $200 less and does not have a built in wireless connection like the BVD/580 has. I called customer service and they said it shows that I bought a BVD/570 even though the box the BVD/570 came in says it is a BVD/580 with a built in wireless card. They will not do anything for me so I must take them to small claims court which will cost me $60. It started that we were first quoted one price, then once the company starting loading our things the price doubled (the additional pricing was also because they were to "crate, pad, blanket, and wrap" our things for more protection. Needless to say this supposed additional protection was never done for the exception of some of our things having blankets on them.
