This company takes photos of newborns in the hospital. The photos came to us crumpled and bent, in flimsy packaging, and cut at irregular angles. Portions of other pictures appear on the borders (due to bad cutting). They come on very thin paper as well; nearly see-through. I have been trying for weeks to return the nono hair removal system. On 4/22/11 the date stated by the company was the first date I could do an actual request to return, I did. I would suggest NEVER renting an apartment here. While the complex grounds and apartments do look nice, they are shoddily built and not well maintained. Do not use this service in Connecticut if you need a social worker for Adoption Home Study. There is only one social worker and a part-time secretary in the office. The social worker responds to emails and phone calls with days of delay. Most times she did not bother to return phone calls or emails. The emails tend to be missing or whatever reason, there are always problems with emails between her and her client. Either she lies or she has a system that does not work well.
