We did a job for the Contractors Business Park. We should have not taken the job when they refused to pay the starting deposit. We started the job anyway. Three days later we received the deposit check, bought more materials. Continued to work on the job for 3 more days. I have been trying for weeks to return the nono hair removal system. On 4/22/11 the date stated by the company was the first date I could do an actual request to return, I did. This company takes photos of newborns in the hospital. The photos came to us crumpled and bent, in flimsy packaging, and cut at irregular angles. Portions of other pictures appear on the borders (due to bad cutting). They come on very thin paper as well; nearly see-through. I would suggest NEVER renting an apartment here. While the complex grounds and apartments do look nice, they are shoddily built and not well maintained. Good Sam is not paying per the contract terms and the so called review board ignore the facts in order to deny the claim. I had several relays and modules on my Essex fail. We ordered and installed the parts and got the system working again. They sent out a local adjuster and it was agreed by the adjuster that is was not a good idea and not required to put the bad modules and relays back into the system to prove they were not working. Mortgage on my home is with LBPS. I had a water leak that damaged full down stairs in Jan.2011. My insurance company sent out 2 party check to me for repair with both lbps & my name on them.
