I had 10 crowns placed at VIP Dream Smiles by Dr Richard A Ingram. Some of those crowns have FALLEN OUT around 20 TIMES! My dog was seriously injuried at this dog daycare center in Austin. He was bit 12 times on his back lower and middle, by another dog, with deep puncture wounds by a pit mix owned by the owners Sonia and Tim. My dog got a serious infection in the puncture wounds and was in the kept on 24/7 watch at the vet's office for 2 months, and it took over one year for him to heal. He had 7 surgeries, and it cost me over 5, 000 dollars. Please be careful bringing your pup here, I have spoke with several other people that have had their dog harmed here. I have had a Citi Premier Pass for many years. Two years ago I "opted out" of extra high interest rates and I was told the card would not be renewed in 2011- unless I accepted what can only be called usurous terms. I always paid my bill within the first week it was due and there was never a problem. This internet company will call you unsolicited in the middle of the day. They will only record a part of your conversation so that when they play it back, it sounds as though you have agreed to a service when in reality, they state that you already have an account and owe them money. Then, when you call to complain about the invoice, they call you back three times--their number is blocked on caller id. They play the partial recording and try to insist that you pay the bill.
