Jo Garner was the loan officer and Susan Belew is her assistant. We stated over and over what day we had to close by, they constantly acknowledged this. Recently we purchased a Clearwater Spa hot tub from Poolworks in Orlando. From the day it was set up we had problems with the jets on it. We were not able to turn some of them others just fell out completely. The stereo remote has never worked right. When we called for service for these issues they sent out a tech who worked on the jets and he was able to get most of them working but not all of them. He was never able to fix the stereo issue. I am suing Wells Fargo and have gone through heck-and-back with them. I worked with their Loss Mitigation Depts. at a time when I was NOT behind in payments believing that they would correct a major escrow mistake that they created (they used Stuart * ). You may have heard there radio ad with Bill Handel on KFI. Do not use this company! The work was completed by a crew of 4 men. Only one of them spoke English and seemed to know what he was doing. I was stuck watching all of them the best I could. I caught one of the workers cutting the pipe and fitting it without "deburring" the edge where pipe was just cut! I put in a claim for the Water Heater, they sent a plumber who request to replace because internal leaking. But they said they don't cover the tank even thought the policy said it cover all major parts. I was notified that I would be called the morning of the service and given a time frame as to when the workers would arrive at my house for the installation of the carpet I ordered. Liveleadpros took an order from my debt company for $4, 000 worth of leads. At first the leads came sporadically, did not meet agreed specifications and eventually stopped coming at all.
