I put in a claim for the Water Heater, they sent a plumber who request to replace because internal leaking. But they said they don't cover the tank even thought the policy said it cover all major parts. The main part of the water heater is the tank, if you don't cover the tank than what are you define here as "all major parts". Dvd The Initiation of Sarah i ordered was of very poor quality. No sound and distorted picture. I was unable to view it. The packaging was also of very poor quality.
