On 1/11/2011 I purchased an hour glass using PayPal at the Hourglass Connection or hourglasses.com as of to date 3/30/11 I have never received the product. My NIPSCO bill was generated on 8/13/2010 stating that I had a past due amount of 266.53, total amount due of 447.84 and 181.31 due on 9/2/2010. Meter reading date was between the 13th and 15th. Nipsco's customer service manual states that they MUST send a disconnection notice and they can't disconnect until 14 days have passed from the issue of the disconnection notice. Hello, we would report that ADL Technology sub contracted us to fill a requirement for a confidential client in Washington. The project ended in July 2010. We have been having the payment issue with them as they are always delayed in making the payments. Of late the delay has become more considerable and we still have the payments pending to be paid to us for the Consulting services for the months of March, April, May and June 2010.
