I was told by the dealers in Columbus and LaGrange, GA they had the vehical I was looking for. I am in Alabama 120 miles away. Both dealers are on the USAA Buyers Program. One would not meet the agreed price in the USAA Buyers program to pay $4k below invoic and would not produce a invoice like required. I was trying to save some money this year so we changed our usual (excellent ski and stay 2 for three special in a lovely suite in the Crowne Plaza) for the much more affordable Best Western across the road. Same as all the other complaints I read, they have now had nearly £300 off me. They mislead you with the small print, they make it difficult for returns. Reading their delivery note it states even if you return goods and pay all shipping costs etc. they still don't have to give you your money back. My bank can't even stop the payments going through.
