I checked my bank account on 3/29/2011 and found out that this company deducted $99.48 from my checking account which was not authorized by me. As I was reading the complaints by others on this site this company is using the same membershil number (818-255-9973) and possibly the same check number (5841415). I sent a email to this company telling them to cancel in subscription that they may have in my name and to please return the funds to my account since I did not authorize them to deduct these funds. VERY POOR VALUE!!! I came in to get a quick, simple 6" Turkey sandwich, small bag of chips, and small drink and it was almost $8--what a rip-off!!! I have been seeking Dental treatment for several years at this the location. I had temporary crowns put on in 2009. I still have on temporary crowns. I ordered what was supposed to be a "free trial" offer. When trying to cancel future shipments, I called the phone number on the bottle and it tells me "all circuits are busy" every time I call. I tried their websites, all suspended. I tried to email the company and have never heard back from them. My "free trial" has turned into a $90 a month charge to my account automatically. This company is absolutely awful. They have a "return" policy which of course requires an RMA, but they won't give it to you, absent threats. Then they send your an email with the RMA, but add 100 other qualifications to your return (Ie, "we won't accept it if...") This is obviously one of the many sites popping up and sponsored by BigPharma in the US to mis-direct naive consumers to the expensive brand name drugs in the US. Absolute bunch of crooks. Took my money promising next day delivery, but took 2 weeks to deliver. By this time I had made 2 attempts to cancel the order by email because 2 weeks was too late for my girlfriend's birthday, but no reply. Eventually they sent an email saying that they would accept a return as a good will gesture, but I would have to pay to send it back and would be refunded less the outbound delivery charge + stocking fee. After I created the fictitious name for my company, they had bought the domain of that exact name. I contacted them, knowing that they were going to hold the domain name hostage for a price, but when I asked them, they tried to trap me into paying them $7000 otherwise they would keep and abuse the domain name!!!
