I bought a DVD ripper software from www.dvdtox.com on the 16 th of January. They wrote that I could get money back within 30 days if I was not happy about the software. I tried it and did not like it. So I followed their return policy, and forwarded the receipt to them in a mail, explaining why I wanted a refund. I have had correspondence with them via their website. They keep writing to me that they want to help me with my 'software problem' - but I just like the software and just want to have a refund. I just paid $271 to repair my Sears "Elite" Evenheat Dryer. Several months ago I received a card stating there is a Class Action Law Settlement for the make and model that I have. For three weeks now Cip has been able to give me a reliable connection to their server. It has greatly reduced the quality of the game play and I do not that I am getting what I have payed for. Despite having laggy servers that will disconnect me and make it impossible to play I still pay the same amount of money. I noticed a complaint about someone having direct deposit and being charged overdraft charges on the same day. This has been happening to0 me for a few years, and the way that the printout Ive asked for numerous times reads is practically impossible to figure out. I had first complaint logged about this completely underhanded firm. Turns out, they did hit our account a day early, not what they kept telling me, so I called to complain. They are well versed in covering their rather filthy backsides, but the fact remains all three of them lied to me several times. I told him to review all the tapes. I keep receiving calls from an unavailable number. The people calling barely speak English. They call multiple times a day! Some sort of credit card offer. When I tell them to stop, they tell me to F off, then two hours later... more calls. When I ask for specifics of their company, they hang up. When I ask for a phone number, they hang up again... This place is a total Rip-Off. 1. Deceptive package prices. 2. Poor quality of photography. 3. Each photo chosen by the consumer can be adjusted. "ONLY" at their own Photo Lab. 4. Adjusting a photo pushes the price up quite a bit. 5. My wife was offered a $200 package that originally cost her $500. 6. My main complaint is that they know just what they are doing. A few days later the company called me and offered me a "Free Trial Sample" of two other products, and assured me I'd only be responsible for shipping & handling. Guess what????? ByTelco evidently submits all paperwork back to HughesNet as "up front install" and they don't put anyone in for promos' The rebate you might ask? My mother ordered a Temper-pedic bed from Mancini's Sleep World in San Francisco with the lifts and the sales guy was great worked with her and everything. When the delivery guys came to set it up, they refused to raise the legs on the bed saying it was unnecessary, but due to back problems, supplied no relief.
