On 11-9-07 a debit of $49.95 unauthorized by me was debited from my account, on 11-15-07 a electronic check #49354 in the amount of $49.95 was debited from my account without permission also in addition to this two charges one on 11-19-07 for $14.95 and on 12-03-07 for $14.00 was debited. This totals out to the amount of $128.85 taken from my account by Platinum Services without permission. I have received no credit card nor have I applied for a card that would take from my personal account whenever they want. Dr. Elan Reisin performed breast reduction and liposuction on me and did a terrible job and refuse to correct his mistakes. My breast looks deformed. I can't even wear a bra. I bought a camcorder listed above in December and ever since I have been trying to get Panasonic to advise me why I can not get the DVD Ram Software to download to my computer. I have checked the disk that was included with the camera and the driver is not on the software. Service fees on the Checking account are not supposed to be there IF there is at least $300 or an 'approved' deposit of at lease $25. I applied for DSL Service over the internet for our home in Owensboro. Bell South offered a $75 rebate for the modem if you applied on-line. I did. After months passed, AT&T took over Bell South. This company bills your telephone bill for calling cards that you never ordered. When the phone company was notified they immediately recognized it as a fraud and took it off of our bill. A lot of phone company employees are also finding it on their accounts. This company is also know as USBI. They even charged for long distance service on my computer line. DUH. I had my wisdom teeth extracted 8-9 yrs ago. The dentist extracted the incorrect tooth. He had me get a brace to correct the problem and it did not.
