I am the VP of a small sports supplement company. We have been using UPS and the USPS to ship our products for over 7 years. Dealing with the long lines and rude to non-existing service at the Blythebourne station is unacceptable. I received unordered sample of this product in the mail and then started getting bills demanding payment. I was finally able to get someone from customer service by calling the number on the back of the billing (not the number in bold print on the front). It is 1-877-442-7700. The representative said she would take care of the problem immediately. I told her there were many reports on the internet of people who had received unordered products from this company. BE AWARE !!!!!!! There is anothe scam out there for medication. They call thereself : HORIZON DRUGS.COM . I ordered medication with them on November 4th and never ever received medication. Beware of the customer service representatives in special one lady from account services her name is claudia, she is VERY RUDE, and extremely impolite, she try myself with bad words, when you try to explain to her the problems she refuse to listen and said is not her problem. This was unauthorized charge. Beware of Reward Me More. They go by several different names Reward Me More Solutions, Reward me more Pro, Reward Me More Home, and they're from different cities in the US. This is a big time scam. Asurion sent me a replacement phone that had 5 separate defects, it is my firm opinion that asurion is shoveling garbage out of their warehouse, it is my opinion that asurion knows that a certain % of the replacement phones that it ships are defective. It is also my opinion that asurion management knows that a certain % of these substandard phones will not be returned, these defective phones are generating revenue, again my opinion. Charges on bank account for 2 companies... #1- was for the amount of 31.98 which was for IDProsup.com and the other was for PDSSUP.com / des for the amount of 6.78 all of which are also giving me overage charges of nsfs (5xs) at 20.00 each totaling 100.00 in overage. I have reported Ashley to BBB; so please do so, if you have similar problems with them. I bought a sofa and loveseat from Ashley for $1140; they delivered it damaged, but my wife did not notice it when she accepted the delivery. One arm of the loveseat was heavily damaged. None of them barely speak English, the products suck and even though they say they will return the products, they will not.
