In October I applied for a credit card from Onyx Visa. I received no credit card but had "fees" taken from my checking account as Platinum Member. This occurred 5 times... still no card. I stopped payment on any more debits by them. Dec. 12 was the last time they tried, I guess they got the message, but now It's next to impossible to get in touch for a refund. I bought seat belts from them. Their website lets you choose the year, make & model vehicle. I expected to get the same seat belts that are currently in my car but these are nothing like them. Then I asked to be refunded all of my money since they did not send the correct part and they say I have to pay to send them back and shipping is not refundable and there is a restock fee!!! I ordered an item in early December and after several weeks I finally received an Email that stated that the item that I ordered was not in stock. The debit had already been made from my account. They stated in the Email that I could choose another item. I have made multiple attempts to contact the company and have never been able to make any contact with them. I ordered a small cable and after 10 days I tried to find out where it was. The web site said they had no info. The next day I call the 800 #. They said their info source was the same as mine and it could be anywhere from the order desk to on some truck. My daughter and my granddaughter and i (mother and grandmother) went to the picture studio located at walmart store in oshkosh, wi. 54904. We had my granddaughters 3d birthday picture taken. We had her pictured with a party type thing, and about 4 other poses taken. We're pissed and ripped off. Nov 2006 we purchased a Kenmore washer for <$425 ($500.99 w tax & delivery). It is in our vacation home WHICH IS USED ONLY A FEW TIMES A YEAR. It has been used less than 75 times and the timing switch broke. The Sears Repair Service in Tampa tried to sell us a warranty for $214.99 when we called for service. This company is a complete fraud. They do not place, ship or fill furniture orders. Placed order on 8/29 for my son's bedroom set. 4 months of stories from Susie, Stephen and Al. I had this same issue, told me i was approved for 7000.00 and want me to send 1750.00 to secure the loan. I received a contract from them too, just look fishy, so i contacted the BBB from Nebraska and they emailed me back saying the address was to a real estate company. And that the phone number wasn't listed, when you call the number to press one to speak with a consultant the operator prompts you to speak your name "Who's calling please" and beeps for you to respond. Loan companies love late payments and hate online banks. GE Money Bank has solved this problem by simply issuing false billing statements and illegally obstructing the victim's efforts to resolve the 'error'. A charge of $179.50 appeared on my credit card for a company I never heard of. I called the company in question from the number displayed on the charge my credit card company supplied. A lady named Vanessa with a foreign accent offered to cancel the charge and gave me a confirmation number, she then started asking personal financial information. I refused to give her anymore info and she replied that the charge would be cancelled. The number I called was 323-817-3205. I have been 100% percent disabled from Type I diabetes complications since 2005. 95% of my SSA and SSI income goes to pay for the special care I need. My physician has written to HSBC Services giving them a full listing of the complications and of my inability to pay on this unsecured debt.
