Ignorantly, I authorized a $1.97 charge for the Grant Master CD for the free 7 day trial. I received the CD, accessed the site maybe 2 times but stupidly forgot to cancel. I ordered Norton Anti-Virus over the internet a year ago. My subscription was not up until january 24th 2008. On january 11th my subscription was renewed with out my knowledge. I was never asked if i wanted my subscription automatically renewed. I never received any notification before the 55.oo dollars was deducted from my bank account. Because of Nortons mistake i bounced checks. Also when i called norton i was put on hold for over two hours and then told it could take up to three days to get the money back in to my account. We purchased a timeshare at Sunset Fisherman Resort after a grilling. Over charged on collect calls from correctional center. Continue to send you bills, even when you make payments. Made it impossible to make since of billing procedure. Final bill is double the amount it should be. I stopped accepting calls and knew what my balance should be. I posted a message on the breeders web page letting others know that I bought a chahuahua from a breeder found on the puppyfind site. This puppy had sarcoptic mange I faxed Jessica from puppyfind documents from the vet stating the puppy had mange. I was very upset when this message was then removed. It is not fair to other family's who will purchase a puppy from this bredder and have to go through what we did. They should at least have the heads up on this situation. I received a charge on my account for 31.98 when i contacted the company on live chat, there was no phone number, they told me it was an identity theft subscription. I could cancel that subscription but could not get my money back unless i contacted the police and had them investigate identity theft, have the police email them with the investigating report. read full review »

Through the Internet I was searching for a Headlight Assembly for a 2005 Cadillac SRX (Right Side) 4-Autoparts.com had the part and agreed to send it to me for $195.00 including shipping and handling. Anyone considering purchasing Best Buy's "extended repair" plans on an appliance - BEWARE! You will likely be without the use of your appliance 2-3 weeks. this has been my experience twice. I've been using ATT bundled local and long distance for over two years at a fixed monthly rate. I work from home so I use the phone A LOT. Well ATT got bought and became the NEW ATT. Long story short they killed my bundle charged me 10 cents minute for long distance AND sent me a local bill too boot. I was stupid enough to buy this program, and thought I could cancel. When I called they informed me that I could not cancel the first month. I got the first few days free (what a lie), then they took 49.90 out of my credit card. I told them I wanted to cancel, and they said I was canceled, but I still had to pay the 49.90. Like many others on this board I am having an awful time with Samsung. We purchased a Samsung RS2555SL side-by-side unit in 2005. Last Sunday it quit cooling and we lost all the food in it. I need some help to resolve an issue that I am not getting anywhere with the vendor. I purchased 4 tickets to the Insight Bowl for 12/31/07. I received the confirmation that I purchased the tickets, the row number, the locations, and the time. They seem to be very nice until they got my credit card; the next thing I know they have almost $800 and we have nothing to show for it and we are now in the process of incurring the legal fees to fight them for our money. We purchased a Spring Air Back Supporter mattress in 2005. It is sagging on both sides so badly that my husband and I wake up with back aches. In October I applied for a credit card from Onyx Visa. I recieved no credit card but had "fees" taken from my checking account as Platinum Member. This occured 5 times...still no card. I stopped payment on any more debits by them. Dec. 12 was the last time they tried, I guess they got the message, but now It's next to impossible to get in touch for a refund. Manager and employees very rude. I ordered a baconator with just ketchup and pickles. the first time mayonnaise and tomato and no pickles. i sent it back, and this time it had pickles, mayonnaise, and no ketchup. The third time the attempted to fix the order, i took a bite and the meat was pink and raw. the employee was being rude and saying "if i wanted he could cook it well done" i did not want it well done, i just wanted it DONE and cooked, not pink. I had locked my keys in the car early one morning. I called the first locksmith I found in the yellow pages that offered 24 hour service. They said it was a $45 dollar service charge depending on the vehicle and would be there 20-25 minutes.
