I had to visit Mexico for two days so i decided to book a room at this hotel. Biggest mistake ever. There comes a point where a hotel company either sells a hotel or renovates them. Days Inn sold this hotel which is in dire need of major renovations. Everything is old, barely working. A/C took a few hours to turn on to get cooling, after being turned off by management. The floors were icky, thick carpet, the door barely shut. Just stay away. At least management was nice when i had to book in and out. The breakfast was small and useless. I bought windows from this Menards store. I gave them the exact window size opening. When I went to have the contractor install the windows, the contractor said that because of the rough opening that the customer service rep put in the windows were made smaller than the size that I ordered and now they don't fit. I took the windows back to the Menards store and the Manager Edward refused to allow me to reorder windows, not to mention his rudeness. Jacque's Apparel makes custom horse show clothes. In Sept. of 2001 I purchased a custom made showmanship jacket from Jacque. I paid $258 plus shipping. In January of 2007, I had an Ansul system installed in the kitchen of my bar/restaurant by Northland Fire. My old dry chemical system was outdated and I was told it might not put out a fire. They never told me about the requirement about the electrical portion (exhaust, makeup-air shutdown, etc) when the system installer finished putting in the new system, he told me it was good. They send 2 emails one for smart savings, with one id#, and another privacy matters123 with another id@ when you try to cancel they ignore you and wont except my input 3 to discuss the emails i received, when i press 5 for canceling their phone service goes off. I have tried about 8 or more times and the same thing happens, and i sent an email which they totally ignored yet they send me emails thanking me for taking their service and am billing my credit card for something i did not authorize. Imt credit services is a Big Scam- They tell consumers that they can repair their credit- but that's a lie. As a pilot, I spend a lot of nights in hotels. Indeed, since 1995 I've spent literally thousands of nights in hotel rooms. This stay rates in the top two in terms of negative experiences. The hotel was hosting a party in its ballroom. I bought a pretty baby doll in 2004/05. She sits in a high chair and is never played with or handle very much. Her dress is falling apart. Its like the material is rotten, its a thin material. Last few times I have been in the store, I have been overcharged for my items that I purchased. The last time the scanner was not putting in the correct price of the sale item. I went out to my car thinking that the purchased price was too much. After I looked over my receipt, I found that I had been overcharged for 7 items.
