We were unfortunate enough to have our mortgage sold to EverHome, Sept., 2007. Later that month my husband, the sole provider, lost his job. I came upon your site as a last resort in trying to reclaim what is rightfully mine. I was a former Loan Officer in NY for Apex Mortgage in Brandon, FL. I spent 4 Months requesting my check be sent to me and all I would get is 'we are going through audits, the checks have been pushed back'. I just began receiving all kinds of magazines that I never requested. I tried calling America's Readers Choice and stated that I had ordered these and I would be charged 39.90/month for them. I purchased a sub zero 601 stand alone freezer unit new in march 2002. The unit was delivered defective. Many different problems cropped up over the years. Blown defrost heater coil, ice maker malfunction, outer seal leaks. The unit has been serviced more than 25 times in less than 6 years with an average mean time between failure of approx. 3 mos. NaxpMedia charged me $40 for a dvd set on December 12, 2007. On the 24th I was notified that they were going to send it via UPS. The tracking number reveals no delivery just a note indicating "billing information received". It has been over a month and I have not received the merchandise. I bought a 2003 es 300 with 23000 miles from jm lexus in margate, fl. The first day I had the car, there was a loud knocking noise under the steering wheel. I called and told he sales rep, chris and michael about it. I suggested that we cancel the deal because of other issues. They took the car and fixed it but upon receiving the car, 2 days after, the noise came back. Unwilling to honor their contract of providing a 100% covered preventive procedure. I researched and successfully countered each of their varying reasons for denial. They were either unable or unwilling to give the real reason. A message left for a supervisor was never returned.
