I helped my 90 year old mother fill out her order for Christmas gifts to Swiss Colony. She wanted to order three of the same items to send to two households, one of nuts and one of cheese. Instead of one order of three, we received three orders of three. My mother cannot afford to pay for such large orders and I would like to know how to either return the extras or be sure she isn't charged for triple what she ordered. Ordered books worth Rs.750-/ by way of credit card. The payment has gone through on 17th september 2007 but it is more than 3 months now, books have not been delivered at all. We are unable to contact them over phone or by mail. It seems these people have made it their habit to earn money by cheating the poor public. If they are so hard off for money, why don't they beg. I have been charged through my bank account for a credit card and never received the credit card. The company went into my account about a month after I applied for it which meant I had no idea when they were to debit my account...so therefore my account is overdrawn...they took out $64.90 out of my account and never sent me the credit card...when you call the number they direct you to the website...www.consumerbill.com. I have 4 dogs and 2 cats, and all but the 2 cats have pet insurance. 3 of the dogs are with VPI Pet Insurance, and the 4th dog is with Pets Health Plan by the Hartville Group. Since I have had pet insurance, so far neither of the companies have had to payout for anything, as my dogs have remained healthy. However, my dog, Sugar, who is insured with Pets Health Plan fell last week and hurt her back badly. My vet said that the injury might heal on its own, but if not, back surgery would be necessary. What a joke - Had trouble from the day I brought it home... Tried to return it at 4 months but Target said I had to deal direct with Trutech... they would not return it and replace it with another unit. The DVD's would skip and the open/close door sometimes would not open... until one day the door could not be re-opened... I called the phone number on the Samurai Shark television commercial to find out what the total cost would be. I ordered the product by phone for the offer of $39.99 with the second one free. The whole process of order was complicated, not clear and detailed on the transaction, and the process was done with a machine, not a real person. The next day, I called the customer service to cancel the order. They said it had been processed and can't be canceled (although I received emails of processing and delivery confirmation 2 days after the complaint). If you buy a dishwasher and are expecting Home Depot to install it know that the contractors are not licensed plumbers. If you have PVC piping or the connectivity is not straightforward the delivery people will not install it. If you are this category and insist on purchasing a dishwasher from Home Depot, make sure you can either install it yourself or have a licensed plumber at hand. I have not had a good nights sleep in over a year! This was the most costly mattress I have ever purchased and definitly the most uncomfortable. I like my side firm, my husband likes his side soft. The flooring delivered was both damaged and defective. Floormall refused to return our calls once we complained. After over 40 days of waiting for help, the manufacturer made a decision to have the flooring taken back and we'd get a 100% refund plus cost of any labor.
