Stupid policy and non-flexible service for customer. Never want join again. Don't let me cancel my membership!!! I have been waiting for 2 years for an update for the dated software in my Magellan 800. They keep telling me it is coming but never comes. When I call, I end up in India and they just keep repeating that it is coming even when I ask for a specific date. You can't seem to reach anyone with Magellan who gives a dam. Used Credit Card to purchase RegistryCleanFix for my computer. After requesting the $37 lifetime license only, I found I was billed on my credit card for annual updates, spyware etc. that I didn't want. Car was towed to their facility November 14th 2007...I got the run around no returned phone calls,,,them telling me it would be ready one day and then he made up excuses the next. He has told me 6 different days the car would be ready. We purchased the "top of the line" mattress in November 2004 for right under 3K from Mattress Warehouse - a Stearns & Foster King Set, ultra plush Euro pillow top. I'm on my second Trutech DVD recorder and I'm very dissapointed. The first I took back because it quit reading discs in the first 90 days, so I was able to return it to Target. The second, that I'm watching a brand new unscratched movie on right now, skips and freezes on this and many other movies. Based on how these two DVD players have performed for me I will not buy Trutech brand ever again. I just paid my bill and was surprised at the cost. It was over 140$! Let me explain why this bothers me. All of November, I not once turned my heater on (and yes my small 700sq ft apartment got down to 50f). It wasn't on low, I mean it was off. O-F-F. I have 2 computers in there that aren't used very much and site on idle or standby (consuming very little electricity, and one of them is 80 certified if you know what that means). I recently ordered a very expensive case with Xoxide.com and it did come. The packaging was in very well shape and I thought all was good. When I opened it to examine the contents, I was shocked at the lack of accessories in the unit. The case is 350$ (give or take a few). They have listed for accessories to purchase with it, a rear hard drive mount unit (an optional component if you don't want to mount in the front 5.25' bays). We had a number of issues with this dealership, the biggest issue is; we purchase a new car from this dealership and to this day they have not registered the vehicle in our name. Because of this issue we are not able to renew our tags. We finally told the leasing company about this and they sent us a POA. I ordered 1/2 cord of wood from an ad in the newspaper. The seller stacked the delivery in a creative "pyramid" that didn't appear to be 1/2 cord. We complained and discussed it but he absolutely insisted the 1/2 cord was there and that we just couldn't tell because of how it was stacked - which he "had" to do since there was no rack.
