SuperVoice presentation of this product is little to be desired. According to their web site, the program SuperVoice 8.0 shows as a boxed item. When the product was actually received, it was mailed in a little box with the modem (not the one displayed on their website) and the program disk. I was referred to Jim Fletcher by his cousin Scott Lane. A person I had met a few years ago. I started in June of 2007. The first several checks were on time. When I first setup the move the guy I talked to was really friendly and seemed helpful. Me and my husband wasn't there when they came to pick up the stuff. I'm a retired IBMer. Under IBM's retiree medical plan, I've been getting prescription medications from Medco for several years. Medco service is extremely error-prone, in my personal experience, and its internal information handling is remarkably inefficient. In june I paid Dan Casey of K.C. CONSTRUCTION $7200.00 in labor fee's to put up a retaining wall and privacy fence. By November the thing was ready to collapse and is continuing to erode. On 12/01/2007 my car was towed from 6151 miramar pway to midway towing co. i payed $100 to recover my car. On the spot i inspected the car and found damages to the front bumper and under the front bumper is scraped off, i showed it to the personell that was there he try to deny that they had damaged my car.
