Had tile installed on bathroom floor. After Some tiles became cracked and floor had soft spots. Called Mr.Handyman, they sent out a rep who gave an estimate of repairs of $3000.00 Insurance estimate was $2700.00 with $500. deductible. License plumber vcame out said toilet had not been replaced properly by Handyman. Wax ring was not properly re-installed, and toilet was not even bolted down. I put down a 12, 500.00 deposit to hold a spot for Lee's one on one mentor program that costs 34, 000.00. When I came to my senses and realized that it was not a smart business decision, I called to cancel and get my money back since we had not even started and wouldn't have for months. Lee has a business policy that you have 3 days only to get a refund for products or services, which he stands by. Truly horrible service. They are very nice at first and treat you well and then you realize you've been completely ripped off. Any further contact you try to make involves you really feeling like they are giving you the run-around. I bought a Fram XG7317 oil filter and put it on my 2004 Honda Accord V6 in October 2011. When changing my oil March 20, 2011 I realized the filter had rusted and was leaking oil on the ground. My safe oil level had been compromised. The oil level in my car was and had been below the safe mark on the dip stick for some time. I am worried about the life expectancy of my engine. On 1/8/2011 I purchased an upscale Samsung Range Model FTQ353iWUX/XAA at hhgregg in Brandon, Fl. After noticing that the oven does not cook properly, I purchased a range Temp gauge. I found that when the range pre heat alarm rings, the oven is actually 75 degrees below the set temperature.
