A few months ago I purchased several pair of Levis 505 from Sears in Texas City for my husband. He has only worn them for a few months and after washings we started noticing holes and slices in material... like they were sliced with a razor blade and little holes as if they were shot with buckshot. We didnt think too much when this happened to the first pair (thinking maybe some chemical got on them or something) , but now two other pairs have had this happen to them. It cannot be the washer or drying I am using as none of our other clothes have been damage. I am curious if this has happened to any other Levis customers. Thanks. read full review »

Over the past twenty years I've leased many, many cars. At the end of each lease I've turned in the car and have never -- not once -- been charged for any out of he ordinary wear. All of the cars I've turned in had some minor scratches, the occasional door ding, and so forth. No charges. Ever.

I leased a 2004 BMW X-5 from the Passport BMW dealership in Marlow Heights Maryland in August of 2004. Since lease inception, my vehicle has been in the shop 15 times (nearly every other month) and it currently needs service again.
Here is a brief summary of some of the problems I have had with the vehicle:
o Failed alternator
o Failed headlight motor
o Failed tensioner (2x)
o Broken windshield (replaced by BMW who cracked the windshield cassette and Passport repaired it on a separate visit)

Dial up internet connection provided for my (formally WEB TV) cannot get connected for days and nights continually, 24 to sometimes 48 hours with no explanation from MSN tech support. As I was showering, (6pm) a woman from management came in the room without permission, and claimed that she was changing the towels, even though there already was enough. I came out of the shower, and she ran out the door. She was not in a housekeeping uniform. I saw her go back to the main office. It was clear that she tried to steal my bike. BEWARE! MY FAMILY ANCESTRY in UTAH, USA (BOGUS COMPANY) Somehow someone attempted to use my VISA card number by manually inserting my card numbers. About 6 weeks ago I took my 1997 Honda Civic EX into Midas because the “Check Engine Light” was on and my car had been having a problem picking up after stopping and getting into the correct gear.
Midas told me the transmission sensor needed replaced and the transmission fluid needed flushed. I asked Midas to make the necessary repairs and paid almost $500.00. Purchased a car from drive-time last month. Made first payment on second payment was 10 days late. Tried to make payment and drive-time is refusing payment. Wants car to be returned. Drive-time refuses any type of arrangement. Has sent out for repossession. American standard sinks, had to "special order" at home depot, waited a week, hired a contractor to install, new faucets etc., it seems my sink is level on the top but both drains keep excessive water that will not drain, the sink is ref # s0101, sku 375-498, duel level7179.803.045,/7179.803.045 silhouette, paid $352.50, for the sink alone. My son purchased a camera and a laptop from Best Buy, at the time he was in uniform and told the sales person he was being deployed to Iraq. He stated I know something will happen and I want insurance to cover anything that could go wrong, he was sold the extended policy and told it would cover everything, he was then handed a small pamphlet that explained it all. We bought a Select Comfort bed with a 6 month deferred interest offer. If you pay on or before the 6 month period, then there's no interest. The creditor for Select Comfort is GE Money Bank. We sent them payment in full two weeks before the due date (the due date was 4/13/7 and we sent it on 4/1/7) - also, the mailing address was in the same state! Shouldn't be a problem - right? We had taken our kitty boo boo in for a trim. The groomer said that she could only do a lion cut, and showed us a picture of a nice cut. We agreed to have our long haired cat trimmed in the lion cut. When we returned to get out kitty, they had him in his carrier. We had to pay, more than they quoted us in the first place, but when we got home and removed him from his carrier, he had the most horrible cut and shaven job i have ever seen on any animal. I missed one payment because my payments went from 1575.00 per month to 2000.00 per month (single income, divorced mother). I ended up getting the money and was going to send it in and I received a letter stating my acct . was turned over to the trustee for nonpayment and the foreclosure process had started. I called Merchant Media LC(203-567-1211) for instructions on where to send it (Milford, Connecticut) and was assured that a credit would be given to me. I recently went to Pearl Vision on Rt. 10 in Randolph NJ. I went for the works and got an eye exam, contact lenses, and a brand new pair of glasses in total I spent nearly $600. I wore the glasses for about a year, then when I was in a Lens Crafters looking for new fun frames, the doctor there said they could look up my prescription right off my current lenses. I went to AspenDental, Woburn, MA for my routine cleaning for the first time on March 16, 2006. $47.80 was charged to my credit card for exam and x-rays and a treatment plan was laid out without any further discussion. I either walked away with what had paid and without teeth being cleaned or go along with their plan.

Workers are incompetent, sloppy, and don't show up alot of the time, Now, nearly 9 months and $21,000 later the doors have leaked so much there is extensive damage to the Unit below me for which I'm responsible. The damage is to the ceiling, walls, and electrical system - The leaks started with the first hard rain on Labor Day weekend - they still aren't fixed. I was recently shopping around for a long term dog boarding facility. I contacted Puppy Paradise and was promised a rate of $500.00 per month to leave my dog there. This morning we took our soccer team to Godfathers Pizza for an awards lunch. Upon entering we all needed to wash our hands and use the restrooms. Well for first thing in the morning ( we were 1st customers) these bathrooms were the filthiest I had ever seen!!!
