We purchased the deluxe solar cover reel system. It has been pain in the butt ever since we've tried to use it. The handle keep falling apart from the wheel. The wheel bearings then come apart, too. When we try to pull the cover overthe pool, it falls off the holders and rolls away somtimes into the pool. Also, the middle sags so low when the cover is all the way on that it drags on the ground. The worst part is that Doheny's would not let us return it or refund us. In fact, they offered NO compensation. We have taken a 200 dollar loss. TERRIBLE customer service. He informed me that he was calling to collect unpaid funds from a payday loan that I had not paid back from US Cash Advance. I informed him that I had never had a payday loan from US Cash Advance. Greystone advertises that it's call center is open 24/7, however when I called them tonight to have an elderly friend's services restored, I received no answer. I called their main number as well as their power outage number at least 10 times. The phone just rang for 6-10 minutes per call. I started calling them at 6:30 pm. On Jan. 22, 2011 I ordered the Pro version of the Abcoaster. On Jan. 23, 2011 I was hospitalized, in ICU, due to a heart attack. I was unable to call in time to cancel my order. I am VERY frustrated with Intuit's Merchant Service. I overlooked the charge that was coming out of my checking account on the 3rd of each month. We tried the credit card with Merchant Service and could not get it to work AT ALL. We filled out the form and sent it back to them. The service had two months "free". The Fry's salesman talked me into Norton Ghost ( I knew better) by telling me it would do a "mirror Image" back up of my entire hard drive. After installing I found out it would not! I don't know whose bright idea it was, Security was involved, in coming up w/ these "image" ATMS where it takes a picture of the checks you're depositing. The fools got rid of the regular deposit ATMs at some locations & replaced them w/ these, for what reason, I dunno. There was nothing wrong w/ the deposit ATMs that took your checks in an envelope.
