I got involved with J. B. Hunt's owner/operator program. Signed a contract with them to more or less "pay as you go" for a tractor. Tire Blew out on I-64. Went to wal Mart for Warranty repair because i had originally purchased Road Hazard Insurance. Quicken Loans responded to our internet request for quotes from lenders regarding the refinancing of our mortgage. After some discussion, we decided to proceed and give them our detailed financial information so they could put together the numbers for us. I placed a phone order for coins and cancelled the order same day when realized I was over billed. The company confirmed my request for cancellation the same day. Two days later they billed my credit card. I confirmed by phone the order was cancelled and was told customer service would be notified to refund my money for the cancelled, over billed order. I brought in my 2006 Chrysler Touring in to Midas so they can replace my tie rods and perform a oil change. As soon as I pick up my vehicle, I notice a loud ticking sound coming from the hood. This company charged $995 to my credit card, and then stated they were unable to help. They claim to have initiated a refund process on 2/1/11. To this date of 5/14/11, there is still no credit to my account. When I speak with the company directly, they suggest it is not their business to process the refund, and they have no information on the company that does. Provo Craft sued and settled out of court Make-the-Cut software and now I cannot use it on my Cricut. I bought the Cricut specifically to use a 3rd party software with it, plus buy Provo Craft cartridges. For the love of Pete, this company has no clue when it comes to keep their customers happy. They are sue happy and going after any and everyone who has an idea they want. Stay away from them and buy from other cutting machines companies. There are many with much better cutting machines. Hired WTS in 9/2008 paid them to handle a tax situation that forced me into a bankruptcy. I owed the IRS $22k. When I got out of BK in 2010, they acted like I was a pain, and begrudgingly prepared a settlement Form 656, but I had to do all the work. The Form 656 asked for a settlement of $2k, but then WTS informed me that in addition to the $2k my 2009 refund of $3k and 2010 refund of $4k would also be taken by IRS. I have had directv for 6 years now in my RV. Up until last year I have had no trouble changing my location at least twice during the year in order to pick-up the local channels. Now they tell me that I cannot pick-up the local channels & they are blacked-out. I can only order the LA & NY local channels for an extra fee of $15.00 per month. Their intent is to increase their revenue & screw the customer service. I do not consider the LA & NY channels as local channels either. Do not use Helping Hands to help you receive free pharmaceuticals. The drug companies offer assistance for free. The only thing Helping Hands does is help you out of your money. they set you up with a monthly fee. Then they're supposed to get all the medications you need. It is now June 17th, I have been trying to get my central air conditioning repaired since May 2nd. The Heatint & Air Conditioning Service Total Protect uses, is not only incompetent they are also dishonest. We had a house fire and have been trying to get the insurance check endorsed so we can pay the contractor and finish the repairs. When we initially notified SPS we were sent a package of documents and told to have them signed and returned, which we did, along with the insurance check that was made payable to us and SPS. Freight Shipping uses multiple carriers. In my case, it is YRC. I was told by a representative and the YRC online tracking that my shipping will arrive on a date. I take a day off that day at home waiting for the delivery. At around 3:00 PM YRC contacted me and said that I need to make an appointment for the delivery which won't happen on the same day. When I ordered the 14.99 chef basket, I was charged at the end of the transaction 55.17. I immediately attempted to cancel the order. I got the "run-around, " so I decided to put a hold on my credit card for over a month. Again, I cancelled the order and I figured I was in the clear, so I reactivated my credit card.
