The gentleman said his name was David and he asked if I was Donald Brandon but I played along with him and said that I was Donald. I am actually his wife, Rita. During the Christmas shopping season of 2010, I purchased a tool kit for my son in law. One of the reasons I decided to make the purchase at Sears was a $15 gift card offered on the spot by the salesperson. I attempted to use the card on 3/25/11. The sales clerk looked in the(very) small print on the back of the card and informed me that the card expired on 1/15/11. In Feb 2011 I had an unknown charge of $34 something dollars on my Amex card. I never make purchases under $50 but I shop very regularly at Forever 21's website so I checked my account at Forever21 to confirm and the charge was not there. I applied and was approved for a Best Buy MasterCard with a $300 limit. I usesd this card for gas, groceries, etc. and always made my monthly payments on time. We purchased membership to this company in Feb. '10. We have had nothing but customer services issues but most importantly, we've seen none of the savings promised during the sales presentation. I called on their given phone number 31-20-6XXXXX (possilbly redirected to another country) and no one answered the phone, and their various e-mails (depending on the different lotteries) are rejected for server problems. My windsreen got hit by a rock and my Insurance send met to GlassFit. I went to the Montague Gardens Branch. Took my car there on a Saturday after my claim has been approved. Angie's List will keep charging you even after you cancel your subscription or "discounted trial". My advise is to pay by paypal so that you can contact them when angie charges you again and again after cancellation. The nominal fee that you will repeatedly refute, at first, won't seem worth the time but will quickly accrue. Angie's banks on their customers being either busy or lazy. Caveat emptor! I am a former Draughons Junior College student, and I have a complaint about the way things were at this school. They had an internship class were they were advertising that they would help with job placement after graduation, however that was completely untrue.
