This company is a scam I cancelled this program and the said it would be remove from by bill and they said we have cancelled the account and issued 3 credits in the amount of $14.95 each plus taxes you may have been charged. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credits to appear. After saying that they still charge me for another charge of $14.95 . We purchased a Brinks security light on Dec 4th, 2010. We did not keep the box which I do regret now. The light went out on March 20, 2011. It had the new bulb in it that is suppose to last for years and so energy efficient. Now I can't find out how to contact the company for warranty on the light. It has a one year and only lasted 3 months. We have purchased Brinks lighting for the last 4 yrs. Every time they last less time. This last one took the cake though. I have made ALL of my payments on time with no problems using the Care Credit website. You have "reversed" the last two payments resulting in late fees. This company has been calling repeatedly, not saying anything, but just calling and hanging up on a continual basis. You can hear the person breathing on the line. I have asked the person to stop calling and when I do they just hang up. Then a couple of days ago I got a letter from them attempting to collect on a time barred debt. This company has been taking unauthorized withdraws form my bank account for several months. I am not sure where they came up with the information to withdraw. I have recently looked into taking out a loan and was made one or two offers however none of them mentioned a company called Post Net Ltd. Before they would register my details & search for possibilities for me, the broker needed my payment details and I was assured that no fee would be deducted until any loan was taken up by me. I actually changed my mind about having a loan and canceled my applications before anything was finalized.
