I ordered cabinets from RTA Cabinet Store and a matching piece of crown molding in the Chestnut Maple. The 8 ft piece of crown cost almost $40 and it was a joke. It was wrapped in what looks like plastic veneer and the dark line detail is drawn on with black marker. My 2 year old son could have made this. There is no way that anyone in their right mind would use this in their home. I have now attempted to contact the claims department 5 times with no response. It is sad that a company would misrepresent a product on their website and leave a customer hanging for such a small amount of money. I will never use them again. read full review »

Trend Micro kept charging me annual renewal fees three years after I cancelled my subscription to the service.
I didn't catch the renewals in 2009 and 2010 (44.95 each) but I caught this year's charge of 62.95. I called to have them all refunded and was told they could only refund from 30 days. So they refunded my 2011 charge and referred me to the sales dept to talk about the last two years.

This company left a note and water sample bottle on our mailbox with an offer for free water test. We followed the instructions and sent in a sample. The information on the note indicated that the test results would be reported to us, and a sales offer presented.
When we made an appointment, we were told that the test results would be provided, and the appointment would take about 30 min. THey said one or two leads came from *****slist and no longer pay out
I use optin mailing lists from all different kinds of sites
the traffic is 100 percent legit
now they are keeping the $1270 and said they wont pay out because of the 1 or 2 sales came fronm cl users.

Just warning anybody that owns a business of this company. Do not use USDirectory.com to list your business on their website. They claim they will list your business on all major search engines and if you have a website it will appear on first page of google and yahoo. They said I could try this for $5 for first month. I signed up and they charged me twice, $5 monthly fee and separate charge of $90 for "HITS." Meaning when somebody visits your website from their directory they charge you $0.25. I have a similar story to the others. I was mislead by deceiving product advertising to purchase a lego set when they were really selling only the USED instruction manual for $50, which happens to be the same price of the set. There were at least 10 photos of the lego set on the product description page as if they were selling the full set. Even clicking one of them leads you to input a search for route and travels dates, and requires you to select 3 services from 6 or more listed. I was horrified to find I received a bill for $76 yesterday for $1 of tolls assessed to my car during the one day I was driving a Dollar rental car during my recent trip to Florida. Global eyeglasses got my order wrong - they made my computer glasses photochromic while my regular prescription for outside ( that should have got darker in sunlight) was plain. They tried to rectify the mistake but got it wrong again. Finally they said they would send correct lenses that I would have to have fitted.
